Books
I have always enjoyed when complex issues can be explained in a simple way. Before becoming a psychologist, I studied physics—where E = mc² describes something extremely complex in a simple way. What I felt was missing was a system that could explain psychology and emotions in an easy-to-understand way. That’s what got me thinking—and eventually writing. The result was three books about emotions, all based on the latest research. I believe I’ve arrived at a model (the Emotional Palette) that’s much easier to understand than E = mc², and I hope it will help you better understand yourself and others.

The books help you to grown in your Emotional Intelligence (EI). They are based on the idea that each basic emotion has a specific function. We enjoy life to the fullest when the emotions are playing their proper function in our lives, because then we won't get stuck in any of them! Instead we will be in emotional balance where we experience a lot of joy and curiosity, whether at work or in life in general.

OWN YOUR EMOTIONS
After working with leaders for a long time, I felt a desire to also help people who are struggling by making psychology easier to understand.
I wrote “Own Your Feelings”, a clear and practical book that helps readers understand themselves and their emotions better. It’s also a valuable tool for anyone who wants to support others in feeling better.

Since emotions are as personal as taste, the book is available in 11 colors. The white one is hardcover, the others are softcover.
Which one is your favorite?

A Tiny Book about
Massive Emotions
After writing "Own Your Emotions", I realized that not everyone enjoys reading long books—especially not when they're feeling low. That's why it's helpful to have a practical little handbook to better understand emotions and their functions. I wrote "A Tiny Book about Massive Emotions", which is fully in color and beautifully illustrated by Rebecka Pettersson and Viktor Paulsson. The book is available in three cover-colors.

Swedish Leadership
Lead with Curiosity and Joy
Finally, I realized that I use much of my knowledge about emotions in my work with leaders and groups as well, which is highly appreciated. That’s why I wrote
"Swedish Leadership – Lead with Curiosity and Joy", to help managers and employees understand how emotions drive them—and how those emotions can either support or hinder them at work.
E-learningplatform
Working as a consultant, I have received questions from managers if I could not present my effective methods for group development in a way that helped them use them independently.
Something more than a book.
I also saw in training that both employees and managers grow from reflecting in depth on various issues raised by my lectures/book, like stress, giving feedback in a constructive manner and the like. There the vision grew to create a training platform to provide even more hands-on tools for both employees and managers.
