The E-learning platform "Swedish leadership – Lead with Curiosity and Joy" offers training for employees and managers. There, employees and managers can grow in their emotional intelligence, for example, managing stress better or being able to give and receive feedback and build psychological security in the group.

Managers also get access to exercises to use to develop their group in different ways. These are hands-on exercises with clear instructions that help managers practically in their work. There are also suggestions for speech scripts for exercises. This platform is for those who want to see their managers and employees grow instead of hiring yet another consultant.
